The total votes included in the KPU’s real count for West Sumatra Province (Sumbar) reached 41.33%. As a result, the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) pair outperformed the other two candidate pairs.
Seen detikNorth Sumatra Thursday (15/2/2024) on the election2024.kpu.go.id site, from 11.45 WIB, the number of votes received was 7,433 from 17,569 polling stations or (42.31%). The following are the results arranged by presidential candidate number:
- Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar: 58.12% (216,728)
- Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming: 37.42% (139,532)
- Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md: 4.47% (16,657)
The results displayed by the KPU are not the final results of the 2024 Election. The KPU stated that the publication of the model C/D results form is the result of vote counting at the TPS with the aim of facilitating access to public information.

The KPU also stated that the vote counting was carried out by the KPPS, the recapitulation of the vote counting results and the determination of the election results were carried out in stages in open plenary meetings by the PPK, the district/city KPU, the provincial KPU and the KPU based on the provisions of statutory regulations.
