(The online newspaper) On the eve of 2023, Maria Mena (37) revealed on Instagram that she and her fiance Morten Kleppa (37) expecting her first child. Mena grew up in Skullerud, and went to Skullerud school.
– I have been looking forward to telling you this so much! This summer (if all goes well) we will be allowed to become parents! I am filled with joy, gratitude and a strange calm. I can feel butterflies as big as elephants and I am deliciously terrified at the same time, she wrote, among other things, in a Instagram posts.
On Wednesday, she reveals that the couple are expecting a boy.
“Today we have seen both *eggplant emoji* and *soccer emoji* and can conclude that we are having a boy,” writes the artist through Instagram’s story function.
Shortly before Mena announced the pregnancy, it became known that she and her partner had got engaged.
The news was shared by the artist himself Instagramand frankly told that she and her partner were only going to open a few Christmas presents, before he was going home for Christmas.
“He got a jacket from me and I was asked if I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him, and it was easy to answer yes… there are actually few things in life that I am as sure as that me and Morten belong together .. come what may! So here we are… two engaged fools who are looking forward to the sequel. Merry Christmas, yes,” she writes, among other things.
In a photo carousel, she showed off a heart-shaped ring.
