MOSCA – Seeing each other today is not accidental. It has been a month since the rebellion of Evgeny Prigozhin resulting in Wagner’s march on Moscow aborted thanks to the agreement brokered by Alexander Lukashenko: immunity for rebels in exchange for exile in Belarus.

It is this and “security in the region” that the Russian president is talking about Vladimir Putin and its staunch ally Minsk at their 12th summit since the start of the Russian offensive in Ukraine.
