Two previously unsolved criminal cases from the north are presented on the ZDF program “Aktenzeichen XY”. In one case, the police can now follow up on new leads.
Flensburg/St. Peter-Ording – The ZDF program “Case number XY… unsolved” gave the Flensburg police new information in the search for the perpetrator of an attack on a pensioner in 2021. A police spokesman told the German Press Agency on Thursday that 15 calls with information were received during the broadcast. Even after the broadcast, the police were given further information. The calls provided background information about the person being sought, but did not yet lead to any concrete measures.
The unknown man broke into the house of a then 77-year-old woman in Flensburg on November 4, 2021 and hit her. After he was discovered by a neighbor, he fled.
