Former Barcelona and Liverpool player becomes an investment partner at Legacy

Former player of Barcelona, Liverpool and currently on loan to Fiorentina for the Juventusthe footballer Arthur Melo became an investing partner of Legacy. The announcement was made by the organization, this Friday (15).

Through Legacy’s profile on X (formerly Twitter), Arthur explained the reasons that led him to choose the organization. The Brazilian player revealed his passion for electronic sports, especially Counter-Strike.

“First reason is because I’ve always been passionate about Counter-Strike, about electronic games. Second reason is because I trust this CS line a lot. A mix of players with experience and younger players who are just starting out. Third point was that I know some of Legacy’s partners, so it was easy because I already knew their nature.”

“Whenever I have time available, I try to (play), you know, my leisure time is playing. I really like Counter-Strike. It was the first computer game like that that I played. But, nowadays I also play League of Legends, which I really like, PUBG. I already ventured into VALORANT, but I returned to CS”.

Currently, Legacy is present in Counter-Srike and VALORANT. In Valve’s FPS, the organization participates in the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, which starts next Sunday (17). You can follow everything about the first Major in the history of Counter-Strike 2 through DRAFT5.
