LIVERPOOL – European citizens, even if not British but permanent residents of the United Kingdom, will they soon be able to have full voting rights, including general elections? If Labor comes to power, that is a possibility. If approved, it would be a significant breakthrough as it would affect around 3.5 million European citizens.
