Here is the EU army: immediately 5000 units, common intelligence and a space shield

It will be called “Eu Intervention Force”. It will count on 5,000 men and a “Space Shield”. An operational base in Brussels. And it will move through decisions taken not unanimously but with a system called “Ad hoc Coalition” which will essentially be a form of enhanced cooperation. Thus the European Defense was born. Or at least a first offshoot of a European army. Which was planted in the “Strategic compass”, the document that the European High Representative Josep Borrell will present in the first days of November.
