Historic visit of the Turkish foreign minister, Cavusoglu, to Israel: “Peace between us also helps Palestine”

JERUSALEM – Fifteen years. So much had passed since the last visit of a Turkish foreign minister to Israel. This is why the arrival of Mevlüt Cavusoglu represents a symbol of the revival between relations between two countries that have long been close but whose relations have deeply deteriorated in the 2000s under the government of Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
