Indonesian U-20 National Team returned against China in a test event. This match ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Indonesia U-20 vs China national team took place at Madya Stadium, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Monday (25/3/2024) evening WIB. Garuda Muda tried to press from the start, but China was still good at defending.
China had a golden opportunity in the 13th minute due to a mistake from Meshaal Hamzah in the penalty box. Luckily for Indra Sjafri’s troops, China failed to capitalize on the momentum.

Indonesia tried to pressure China with a counterattack in the 34th minute through Arkhan Kaka. This effort failed to produce opportunities because other Indonesian players were too late to help.
There were no goals throughout the first half. Indonesia vs China was still 0-0 until halftime.
The game in the second half was tight. Opportunities from both teams rarely occurred during the 15 minutes of the second half.
China actually seemed dominant in possession of the ball in the second half, but Indonesia was able to maintain its defense well.
Indonesia conceded in the 85th minute after a goalkeeper error. Zhong Wen then completed the goal after taking advantage of the chaos.
Indonesia managed to equalize the score to 1-1 in the 90th minute. Ji Da-Bin scored a goal with a volley in front of the penalty box. This score lasts until the match is finished.
This is the second draw after last Friday ended with a score of 1-1.
