Israel, Herzog meets Christian leaders at the Stella Maris monastery: “Commitment to freedom of worship”

“I am here on behalf of the State of Israel and the people of Israel to reaffirm the commitment to the full defense of freedom of religion and worship”: the president affirmed today Isaac Herzog in a visit of solidarity to the Stella Maris monastery in Haifa, following attacks by Orthodox Jews.
