Sport: – Ada is not ready for the match. We take it day by day, Lyon coach Sonia Bompastor said when asked about Hegerberg’s injury.
The previous match for Hegerberg was the cup semi-final against Fleury on March 9, when she had to leave before half-time in the first half. Lyon lost that match on penalties.
Since then, the Norwegian star has lost the big wins against Fleury (4-0) and Lille (7-0) in the series, as well as the away game against Benfica.
She has 12 league goals for Lyon this season, and five goals in six Champions League games.
On Thursday, Gemma Grainger announces her squad for Norway’s first two European Championship qualifiers against Finland and the Netherlands.
Before the national team meeting, Lyon will face Le Havre in a league match on Sunday.
