Magical Easter: recipe for a hazelnut tiramisu in a glass

At Easter, people like to serve a large meal and feast together in a large group. There is fish or lamb, asparagus and potatoes. But what shouldn’t be missing is a delicious dessert at the end! Yes, yes… there are a lot of sweets at Easter, we know that. But no one can really say no to this layered dessert in a glass, right?

A tiramisu consists of heavenly layers of ladyfingers and mascarpone. For this Easter dessert, we have modified the classic a bit: without rum, so that everyone can enjoy the dessert. But with cute decorations and a sweet hazelnut cream.

You can really have fun decorating the cute Easter bunny dessert: with sugar eyes or colorful sprinkles and sweet ladyfingers ears. If you prefer it simple, simply sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder at the end.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g ladyfingers
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Quark
  • 80 ml coffee (cooled)
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 40g powdered sugar
  • 50 g Nuss-Nougat-Creme
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 40 g chopped hazelnuts

For decoration

This is how it is prepared:

1. In a large bowl, mix the quark with the mascarpone, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar into a creamy mixture. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold in.

2. Divide the cream into two bowls and stir the nut nougat cream and the chopped hazelnuts into one.

3. Dip the ladyfingers (except for 4 pieces for decoration) in the cooled coffee. Then chop or halve them so that they fit into the dessert glasses and place a first layer on the bottom.

Tip: If you want the dessert for children to be caffeine-free, you can also dip the ladyfingers in cocoa.

4. Now spread a layer of the light cream on top, followed by a hazelnut layer. This is followed by another layer of ladyfingers dipped in coffee. Repeat until the glass is full. The top should be finished with one of the cream layers.

5. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator until serving, or at least one hour let it go through.

6. Shortly before serving, decorate the little Easter bunny faces. To do this, cut the ladyfingers in half and press them into the cream to make bunny ears. Give the bunnies eyes, make whiskers with wafer rolls or other chocolate and use a whole hazelnut as a nose.
