NOTTINGHAM FOREST – MANCHESTER CITY 0-2:
Haaland has missed Manchester City’s last three games after picking up a minor injury in the Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid last week.
In Sunday’s match against Nottingham Forest, he was back in the squad, and when he was replaced in the second half, he did not take long to score.

The score was welcome for City, who at this point were leading 1-0. Relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest shook a title-chasing City throughout much of the match, and it was almost a miracle that they did not score.
Striker Chris Wood in particular had some giant chances that he failed to capitalize on.
– It is incomprehensible that Chris Wood has not scored today, said Tjærnås after one of Wood’s misused chances.
Kasper Wikestad could hardly believe that Nottingham Forest didn’t score on any of the chances they got.
– Nottingham Forest is the closest anyone has come to outplaying Man City this season, and then finishes are delivered so horribly that it is unbelievable. Should have easily led by a couple of goals, he wrote X during the match.
The victory is important for Manchester City, who are chasing another Premier League trophy. They are now one point behind Arsenal at the top of the table, with a game in hand. City thus have everything in their own hands in the run-up to the season.
