According to the Nijisanji EN official, the reason for the contract termination was multiple violations of activity rules. Specifically, the unauthorized use of creations by ANYCOLOR personnel, delays in payment of production fees to creators due to failure to contact creators regarding orders, and harassment and inappropriate conduct by Selen Tatsuki. There have also been reports of people receiving similar treatment. Although he responded to each incident and alerted them, the person in question refused to communicate with him, and he revealed that in some cases, he passed the responsibility for violating activity rules to his manager.
The more direct reason is the music video that was released on December 26, 2023. He posted a video on ANYCOLOR without permission without getting permission, and when the video was stopped immediately after, he posted a false statement on X. Although we viewed this as a problem and attempted to communicate with them to explain the circumstances, no agreement was reached, and we temporarily suspended our accounts on various social media and video distribution services. It is explained that the contract was canceled after subsequent negotiations failed.
