The Great Place to Work® 2024 certification arrives for Nissan Italia – which adds to the Best Workplace awards (also issued by Great Place to Work® Italia) in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2017 – confirming it among the best workplaces in Italy.
The people of Nissan Italia played a fundamental role in achieving this prestigious goal, evaluating very positively – via anonymous questionnaire – elements of the company culture such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and cohesion. In particular, cohesion and credibility emerge, obtaining the highest score from 82% and 80% of respondents respectively. The results for respect (78%), fairness (71%) and pride (78%) are also very good.
The Great Place to Work® certification is an important recognition that approximately 10,000 organizations aspire to every year and is issued to companies that stand out for the quality of the working environment, which make trust the key factor in their internal relations model and have management capable of motivating and positively orienting people.
Certified companies are recognized as leading organizations within the labor market, capable of attracting and retaining talent and thus developing a significant competitive advantage.
Marco Toro, President and CEO of Nissan Italia, declared: “The Great Place to Work certification has a special meaning because it is the people who evaluate the quality of work and the climate in the company. I am particularly proud that in Nissan Italia mutual trust, the centrality of people and the sense of belonging are fundamental and shared values.”
