After more than two decades, the Companhia Urbanizadora da Nova Capital do Brasil (Novacap) is once again holding a public tender. This Thursday morning (21), the Official Gazette of the Federal District (DODF) published the notice for the provision of 120 immediate public job vacancies and another 360 for reserve registration. There are opportunities for middle and higher levels.

There are 31 immediate opportunities for mid-level positions in the positions of administrative technician (15), agricultural technician (six), building technician (eight) and occupational safety technician (two). In relation to higher education, there are 89 immediate vacancies: administrator (six), lawyer (ten), systems/infrastructure analyst (four), systems analyst/maintenance and support (four), architect (16), accountant (four) , surveying engineer (two), agricultural engineer (two), civil engineer (22), electrical engineer (four), forestry engineer (six), mechanical engineer (five) and occupational physician (two).

The notice also includes legal provisions for reserving places for people with disabilities, black or mixed race people and those with limited mobility.

Technicians have a 40-hour week and a projected starting salary of R$4,942.94. The positions of administrator, system analysts and accountant have a workload of 40 hours per week for a monthly remuneration of R$7,975.28, the same amount allocated to occupational doctors, who will work 20 hours per week.

For broad competition, registration runs from April 17th to May 20th

Opportunities for the positions of lawyer, architect and engineers cover a weekly workload of 40 hours and are entitled to a salary of R$10,800.00.

As long as the legal requirements and rules established in internal standards are met, those admitted are still entitled to benefits, in accordance with Novacap’s current Collective Labor Agreement (2023/2025): additional service time, food allowance, basket allowance , daycare allowance, death/funeral allowance, health allowance and transportation allowance.

In the case of broad competition, registrations must be made from April 17th to May 20th; for people with disabilities and the disabled, from April 17th to May 22nd. The fee is R$60 (intermediate level) and R$80 (higher level). Registration must be made exclusively via the Quadrix website.

The objective tests will be administered on 6/23 (higher level) and 6/30 (high school level), always in the afternoon. The final result is scheduled to be announced on September 25th.

→ Agricultural technician
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of an agricultural technician course, at secondary level, offered by vocational training institutions and technical schools. Active and compliant registration with the Federal Council of Agricultural Technicians (CFTA).

→ Building technician
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a building technician course, civil construction technician of various types, at secondary level, offered by professional training institutions and technical schools. Active and compliant registration with the Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council (CREA).

→ Occupational safety technician
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of an occupational safety technician course, at secondary level, offered by professional training institutions and technical schools. Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

→ Administrator
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in business administration, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Active and compliant registration with the Regional Administration Council (CRA).

→ Lawyer
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in law, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Active and compliant registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

→ Systems/infrastructure analyst
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in the area of ​​information technology, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

→ Systems/maintenance/support analyst
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in the area of ​​information technology, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

→ Architect
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in architecture and urbanism, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Active and compliant registration with the Architecture and Urban Planning Council (CAU).

→  Contador

→ Surveying engineer
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in surveying engineering, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Active and compliant registration with the Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council (Crea).

→ Agricultural engineer
Duly registered diploma or certificate of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in agronomy, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Active and compliant registration with the Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council (Crea).
