Novak Djokovic talked about his family and how difficult it is for him when he goes to tournaments.

Novak Djokovic he ended the competition at the Australian Open in the semifinals, losing to Janik Siner and already left Melbourne. Before that clash with the Italian, he gave an interview to a local television and talked about his family in particular. He confirmed once again that he hates the time he spends away from them.
He enjoys being with his loved ones and when they are not with him then it has a great effect on him.
“To be honest, it’s not easy for me. I struggle with it more and more as time goes on. It’s a long trip to Australia, probably the longest we have in the season. You spend five Sundays here and that’s a lot,” Djokovic told Nine.com.au.
One detail struck him.
“Son Stefan is nine, daughter Tara is six, every day, Sunday, a lot happens. Her first tooth fell out and I wasn’t there for it. Everything is in the balance.”
Nole even lifted the cup 10 times at the first Grand Slam of the season, and if it weren’t for the chaos and deportation, he might have had one more. This way, he will have to wait until next year for the 11th trophy.
“Because of tennis and the success I’ve had here, Melbourne means a lot to me. Every time I step on ‘Rod Laver Arena’, memories of success and everything I’ve been through in the past years come back to me. I’ve enjoyed every year, except for one, when I had a short stay here,” Djokovic concluded, alluding to that very deportation scandal.
