Per Valebrokk is participating for the second time.
It’s Friday and it’s the gold rush.
So what could be better than spending half an hour with a PR advisor?
If you turn on NRK tonight and watch Nytt på Nytt, you can see that the regular panel with Bård Tufte Johansen, Isalill Kolpus and Johan Golden has this week included artist Ella Marie Hætta Isaksen and not least Per Valebrokk from Storm communications.
– Being at Nytt At Nytt is the very definition of the expression “joy mixed with horror”. It’s incredibly funny, but also quite scary, says Valebrokk to KOM24.
He says finding the balance between trying to be funny without being touchy or frivolous isn’t so easy when the cameras are on and recording everything you say and do.
– There is also something about the programme’s iconic status. You should preferably not fool around with a program that you and everyone you know likes and has a strong relationship with. So the pressure is absolutely on to deliver in the company of some of Norway’s best comedians. No small challenge, he says.
This is the second time he has appeared on Nytt på Nytt, the first time was back in 2015, when it was Live Nelvik, who was the second guest.
Valebrokk boasts of the professionalism he was met with at NRK.
– A bell ringer in terms of quality and professionalism, quite simply. I learned a lot there, which I take with me in my job as a PR consultant.
In Storm communications, they are looking forward to Friday’s broadcast.
– Per is a better adviser than he is a comedian, but sometimes he catches glimpses, says colleague and comrade Marius Parmann.
