After a second day of protests in Georgia, which were once again dispersed late in the evening by riot police, the Georgian government has decided to withdraw the controversial law against “foreign agents”.

The march for International Women’s Day was an opportunity to continue to rebel against two bills that target uncomfortable NGOs and free media that threaten to choke the country’s democratic aspirations.
