Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
There is suspected controversy remaining behind the win Manchester City above Manchester United in the follow-up match Premier LeagueSunday (3/3).
Daily Mail also discussed the possibility of controversy before Phil Foden scored the 1-1 equalizer in the 56th minute.
Before Foden scored the goal, Marcus Rashford fell first in the Man City defense area. The England striker fell in a struggle for the ball with Kyle Walker.

The referee did not consider it a violation and instructed the players to continue playing. The Citizens immediately launched a counterattack which resulted in Foden’s first goal.
The MU players protested but the referee who led the match, Andy Madley, ignored it. The referee deemed it was not a violation and instructed the players to continue the match.
Man Utd coach Erik Ten Hag was also given a yellow card because he was deemed to have protested excessively in the hallway leading to the players’ changing room.
The debate took place on social media. Some considered it a violation, but others thought the referee’s decision was correct.
MU legend, Gary Neville, also spoke. He considered that Walker’s actions were not a violation.
“We have witnessed two special goals. Extraordinary power and accuracy from Foden’s left foot shot.”
“United asked for a foul on Rashford. Meanwhile Lindelof (Victor) didn’t do his job well,” said Neville when he was a match commentator on Sky Sport.
Neville thought Rashford should have gotten up and chased the ball again instead of waiting for the referee to blow the whistle.
“I think it was a light touch, there was no violation at that moment. He should have stood up, Marcus Rashford,” said Neville, who is now active as a football commentator.
This result made Man City gain three points while sticking closely to Liverpool at the top of the standings. The Citizens are now in second place with a distance of one point from Liverpool.
