LONDON – The Guardian apologized for a cartoon accused of anti-Semitism: “The image does not meet our standards and we have decided to remove it from our site”. But by now the damage had been done and controversy had broken out online, for example from David Rich author of the book Everyday Hate: How Antisemitism is Built into Our Worldwho had called the cartoon of the famous English progressive newspaper “horrible”.
