The Solbad Schönbühl points out on its website that children aged four and over have access to the pool daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. when accompanied by an adult.

The new rules have been in effect since December. The Solbad’s response to a Google review was that the adjustment was absolutely necessary. There have been increasing complaints from guests regarding noise from children.

According to the reviews on Google, many people are bothered by the new regulation: “Just because a few frustrated people are complaining about happy children,” writes one man. Someone else points out to the brine bath that children are the customers of the future. The decision not to allow children after 5 p.m. is wrong.
Other guests welcome the new regulation. A woman writes in a review that she appreciates that children are no longer allowed in the spa after 5 p.m. – because it is an oasis of relaxation and children belong in the indoor pool.
The reactions to the change were mostly positive, said Solbad Schönbühl versus 20 minutes. Customer feedback is taken very seriously and we strive to take their needs into account. According to “Nau”, the child-free rule would be adhered to.
