At least twelve Indonesian sailors are reported missing following the sinking of a merchant ship off the coast of Taiwan. The newspaper reports it Taiwan News. Five other sailors were rescued. The Shin Shuen No. 1, flying the Panamanian flag, had been hit by tropical storm Nalgau and had been hit by strong waves after leaving the port of Kaohsiung.
