Surprisingly, Marius Wolf made it into Borussia Dortmund’s starting line-up for the game against Eintracht Frankfurt. Niklas Süle, who took on the role of right-back against PSV Eindhoven (2-0), is sitting on the bench instead. Coach Edin Terzić explained his decision before kick-off.
“We were very happy with the last game, but we wanted to field a fresh team,” said the reasoning on the DAZN microphone. “Marius really put his foot down this week and was completely enthusiastic. He was very happy that he got this chance today and we wanted to give it to him too.”
