ROMA – It’s a bold plan. Almost an “experiment”, because if it were to succeed on wheat it could be replicated to unravel other knots and bring a truce closer. It provides for a pact – albeit provisional and on a single point – between Kiev and Moscow. Mario Draghi has been working on it for two weeks to “free” the raw materials blocked on board the cargo and avoid a global food crisis.
