The new executive of Cameroonian bloggers is known ~ Badalfohmoh

Saturday December 16, 2023, the elective general assembly of the Cameroon Bloggers Association was held. A moment of reunion and crucial choices.

Staggered arrivals

As Secretary nfl shop 49ers nike nba miami heat air max 95 sale cheap jerseys cheap jerseys adidas yeezy shoes custom made basketball jerseys detroit lions jersey wig shop cheap jordan 1 College Rugby Jersey nike jordan proto max best sex toys for men College Rugby Jersey yeezy officialoutgoing deputy general (SGA), I arrived well before time to welcome everyone. To my great surprise, the two oldest children and a friend from Yaoundé went ahead of me. No problem, it’s the start of the reunion. 20, 30 minutes, 1 hour later, René Nkowa, the very first president of this association, decides to keep us busy. Everyone has to introduce themselves, present their blog and say what year they joined the association. This exercise allowed everyone to put faces to names that they generally only see in the association’s Whatsapp forum.

Arriving late, Dania, the outgoing president, was quick to authorize the start of this meeting.

The communications manager asked me to address a welcome message to the members who had made the trip. I especially wanted to thank Salomon Garaobe and Perfect Taiwe who came from the North of the country. Then, I continued with the membership report before Dania took stock of the year’s activities.

Election of the new office

Among the candidates vying for the next term, only those who convinced during their campaigns benefited from the vote of the members.

To the community, two candidates for one position. Engineer by training and passionate about Com, Alida Ebo’o had everything to win. She gave a very beautiful speech and at no time did I doubt the wonderful work she could do. Next to her, there was Ludovic Kamdem. A graduate in communications management at Essec in Douala, I believe he enormously underestimated his opponent. I particularly like his commitment to the fight against hate speech with Executea media education association.

In the secretariat, we had three candidates for two positions. Fabrice and Étienne represented themselves, Arthur joined the race. I really think that Étienne lost because he lost the trust of the members. His tenure as censor is the most criticized of all those in the last executive office.

I ran for the position of censor because a few days before the closing of applications, the position was empty. Long later, Ronel introduced himself. And I wanted to withdraw my candidacy but too late, the president of the electoral commission told me. I campaigned for Ronel by inviting others to vote for him. Yes, I think everyone deserves a chance. Especially since his wish was to see new people join the executive, so that they could have their personal experiences and experience the realities that the office can face.

Sole candidate for treasury, Elsa Kane clearly had nothing to fear.

My comrades Joe Firmin and Rihanno beat Salma at the audit station. While my candidate, Thierry Didier Kuicheu (TDK), won the presidency ahead of Fabrice Tientcheu. But he will be assisted in his missions by Christel Youbi.

Place at 11th point (laughs). We enjoyed ourselves before leaving. It was a beautiful day. I returned satisfied because my candidates were elected. But I’m sad, because Dania, my crush, is leaving. I will explain to you why this sadness in another article.

Until then, be careful during this festive period!

With all my love, Badal.
