According to a report by Agence France-Presse on November 23, the UN internal document stated that considering the “Tigray People’s Liberation Front” claiming to be approaching the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, it requested the families of the international personnel of the UN agency in Ethiopia to evacuate the country as soon as possible.
