Vaccines and restrictions, Europe’s plans against the fourth wave

GLASGOW – The fourth wave of the coronavirus tsunami is coming and so Europe begins to barricade itself to overcome this winter and the Covid storm. Each country has a particular situation and there are new and different restrictions. But there are two common goals. The first: contain the number of coronavirus deaths. Second: to preserve public health and hospitals from a potential avalanche of Covid patients.
