The duel is over West Ham United vs Tottenham Hotspur. The final score of the London Derby was 1-1.
In the match at the London Olympic Stadium, Wednesday (3/4/2024) early morning WIB, West Ham opened the attack first in the fourth minute. Mohamed Kudus’s pass was met by Jarrod Bowen’s kick but the ball went wide.
Tottenham immediately scored a goal with their first attack in the fifth minute. Rodrigo Bentancur gave the ball to Timo Werner on the left side and managed to get past the player guarding him.

Werner sent a cross which was met by Brennan Johnson’s flick from close range to break into Lukas Fabianski’s goal.
This goal made Tottenham more confident in building attacks. Pedro Porro had a chance to score a goal in the ninth minute after getting space to shoot in the penalty box, but the ball went wide.
Then, Son Heung-min in the 13th minute was in a free position to shoot. Unfortunately, the power of his kick was not enough to trouble Fabianski who was able to ward it off.
West Ham equalized the score in the 19th minute through Kurt Zouma who headed Bowen’s corner and Guglielmo Vicario couldn’t block it.
No goals were scored until half-time so the score remained 1-1.
Entering the second half, West Ham immediately had the opportunity to score a goal in the 48th minute. Michail Antonio got the ball from James Ward-Prowese and only had to face Vicario, but his shot was blocked.
West Ham made a counterattack in the 60th minute when Antonio successfully won a one-on-one duel with Micky van de Ven, until the Tottenham defender fell.
Antonio just had to face Vicario but his shot went straight at the visiting goalkeeper so it was pushed over.
Both teams continued to try to find goals until the end of the match and Tottenham almost came away with three points if Destiny Udogie’s hard shot, following Giovani lo Celso’s pass, didn’t go into Fabianski’s arms.
The score 1-1 closed the West Ham vs Tottenham match. Tottenham failed to climb to fourth place because they were stuck in fifth with 57 points, two points different from Aston Villa.
West Ham is stuck in seventh position Premier League standings with 45 points.
