A few days ago the case in Feletto reported by the Fim Cisl

FELETTO. After the cases of the Stamet of Feletto Richiama and the Hanon System of Campiglione Fenile of employees obliged to have the Green pass to enter the company canteen, the Piedmont Region recalled the circular 4073 of the Ministry of the Interior of 5 August on the personnel of the Department of Public security, where it is established that for service canteens “the activities connected with the use of food are allowed to all staff, without prejudice to compliance with protocols or guidelines aimed at preventing or containing contagion”.

On the basis of this indication, for the Piedmont Region “it seems clear that for workers’ access to company canteens there is no obligation to show the Green pass, without prejudice to compliance with the protocols or guidelines aimed at preventing or containing the contagion “.

It is on the basis of this indication that yesterday he withdrew the provision according to which his 650 employees had to show the Green pass to access the canteen. A case that became national with the dispute of the Fim Cisl, which after the withdrawal of the provision revoked the strike called for yesterday.
