In conjunction with “Hashtag Day (ハッシュタグの日)”, Twitter Japan today announced the most popular Hashtag TOP10 in Japan in the first half of 2021. Among them are “Ma Niang Beautiful Horse Racing”, “Yuan Shen”, “Spell Return”, Nintendo Switch and other mobile games, cartoons and even game consoles are on the list.
Twitter Japan stated that today is Hashtag’s 14th birthday, and in Japan in the first half of 2021, a total of 140 million Hashtags were used, and there were 12.6 billion tweets containing more than one “#”.
