US, in 10 states stop the vaccination obligation for health workers: a federal judge blocks Biden

by admin

A federal judge blocked the Biden government’s vaccine requirement for healthcare workers in 10 states, believing the agency that imposed it abused its authority.

St. Louis District Judge Matthew Schelp has banned Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) from enforcing the obligation until the court hears the legal challenges brought by the 10 states (Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota and New Hampshire).

This is the second legal slap in the face for Joe Biden, after a federal appeals court in New Orleans blocked the same obligation in companies that employ at least 100 employees.
