“Well yes, there are still young rebels: I say “rebels”, not brutes, hooligans or rude. Liam Morrison is 12 years old and has been expelled from his Massachusetts school for wearing a T-shirt that says “There are only two genders.” He tells it with calm kindness on TikTok, in a video viewed 13 million times. Two teachers told him that he had to remove the garment because it made other students feel “unsafe”, ”says the article.
In the middle of the story, the writer states that Liam stressed that he did not understand why these words should arouse fear in someone, also that he would never have demonstrated at school for any LGBTI campaign.
In the writer Savater he related Liam to the first Colombian president, assuring that the young man is a “rebel 2.0”, but on the other hand Petro would be in the group of damaged institutional rebels.

“In Spain there are many Petros and Petras, whose legislative diarrhea I don’t know how we are going to clean up. But I don’t know how many Liam we have. I fear that there is a lack of real rebels, especially young people. When there is a lot to talk about on a topic, read everything that needs to be said,” said Savater.
