Second- and third-tier cities saw a 0.3% and 0.4% month-on-month decline in sales prices of newly built commercial residential buildings.
Second-hand housing prices in first-tier cities fell by 0.7% month-on-month, while prices in second- and third-tier cities dropped by 0.5% each. Year-on-year declines in sales prices of commercial housing expanded in all tier cities, with first-tier cities experiencing a 1.5% decrease in newly built commercial housing prices and a 7.3% drop in second-hand housing prices.
