Iveco, debut in Piazza Affari on 3 January

TORINO – January 3 Iveco Group will debut on the Milan stock exchange. The prospectus was published on the site to arrive at the first day of listing with the deadlines that define the steps in the demerger from Cnh Industrial of the “road” activities that will flow into the new company. The extraordinary assembly of CNH is convened for December 23rd. The shareholders, including the holding company Exor which it also controls Republic, will have to resolve the separation as of December 31st.
