Renault’s high-wheeled city model confirms its qualities of versatility and versatility. Captur, ten years after its debut, has reached, in two generations, over 2 million units sold in 90 countries throughout the world. And, a restyling will arrive in April that adopts the new stylistic language of the brand promoted by Gilles Vidal, Renault Design Director.
Still produced at the Valladolid plant, Renault Captur will be marketed in Europe starting from April 2024.

Young and dynamic styleThe Captur body line becomes more dynamic and distinctive. The front, the highlight of the new vehicle design, is characterized by the faceted grille, the Nouvel’R logo incorporated into the grille, and the higher and more horizontal bonnet. Also new is the light signature with front light clusters equipped as standard with Full LED technology in all trim levels. While at the rear, the shell of the rear lights becomes transparent, allowing a glimpse of the light clusters inside. The customizations allow you to choose between 14 two-tone body configurations and three trim levels: Evolution, Techno and Esprit Alpine. There is also a lot of equipment available to order or after-market to customize the Captur, such as side lighting, running boards, tow hook, bicycle rack and backlit door sills. Dimensions and load capacity The dimensions are always compact: 4,239 mm long, 2,003 mm wide and with a wheelbase of 2,639 mm. Ground clearance reaches 1,575 litres. The Captur’s boot capacity stands out among its competitors, with a maximum volume of 616 liters (480 liters for the Full Hybrid version) in the configuration with the rear bench pushed forward to its maximum. While with the rear seats folded, the load capacity reaches 1,596 liters (1,458 for the Full Hybrid). Interior: quality and technology The stylistic choices of the exterior are also found inside the passenger compartment, appearing welcoming and modern as soon as you enter the passenger compartment, thanks to the completely new upholstery. The fabric in different shades of gray on the seats of the trim Evolution is enriched in the Techno version by yellow stitching and printed ¾ Renault lozenge motifs on the internal lateral support of the front seats. In the passenger compartment there is no shortage of references to the Alpine brand, symbol of French sportiness: blue-white-red flag sewn on the side edges, belts embellished with blue stitching, sports pedals covered in aluminium, door sill plates with logo and specific steering wheel. While on the technological front, the new 10.4-inch vertical touchscreen stands out, allowing access to the OpenR Link multimedia system with integrated Google (depending on the trim level). There are very few physical texts present and placed below the screen. New digital dashboards (up to 10.25 inches) which make the interior even more modern and dynamic. The rich standard equipment of the new Esprit Alpine trim (the top of the range) creates an environment characterized by sportiness that invites you to get behind the wheel. Engines: power up to 145 hp The engine range includes three types of fuel and six engines: petrol, mild hybrid, LPG and full hybrid. The “pure” petrol range includes the three-cylinder 1.0 Tce turbo 90 hp and the four-cylinder 1.3 liter 155 hp. The LPG version includes the 100 hp three-cylinder 1.0-litre engine. Finally, the electrified range includes two 1.3-litre four-cylinder Mild Hybrids available in 140 and 160 hp. While the Full Hybrid features a 145 hp 1.6-liter four-cylinder. All the engines offered are turbocharged, apart from the powerful Full Hybrid (Hev) which opts for a naturally aspirated configuration. Driving safety: up to 28 Adas systemsWith the Human First programme, launched in 2023, Renault affirms its desire to increase the safety of the driver and passengers, but also of other road users through numerous technological advances. The New Renault Captur absolutely takes advantage of this, placing itself at the highest levels in terms of active and passive safety. It is in fact equipped with up to 28 latest generation driving assistance devices (Adas), divided into three categories: safety, driving and parking. The Safety Coach offers personalized advice for more responsible driving. Interesting is the presence of the My Safety Switch button, located to the left of the steering wheel, which allows the driver, with a simple gesture, to activate or deactivate the preferred settings for at least five Adas simultaneously, establishing among others whether to activate them or not, the level of intervention, the presence of acoustic warnings. Customization choices are made on the multimedia display settings menu.
