The company that manages Chiara Ferragni’s brands – «Fenice Srl» – contests «the violation by Pigna of the existing contract and the legitimacy of the unilateral interruption of commercial relations by Pigna». This is what we read in a note from the company following Pigna’s news of the interruption of commercial relations with companies connected to the well-known influencer.

«The illegitimacy of Pigna’s decision was aggravated by the company’s choice to communicate to the public, even before Fenice, the termination of the partnership relationship; a choice that is evidently instrumental and contrary to the duty of good faith in the execution of the contract. In this context, Fenice reserves the right to act in the most appropriate places to protect its interests” underlines the note. Furthermore, Fenice considers the reference to the code of ethics to be instrumental also in consideration of a statement made to the media on 23 December 2023 by the CEO of Pigna, who had defined the collaboration as “profitable and satisfying”. Fenice also communicates that «similar protection initiatives will be taken against subjects who have carried out behavior in violation of existing collaboration contracts and therefore of Fenice’s interests».
