The list of Tim’s board of directors begins with Alberta Figari candidate for president and continues with Pietro Labriola, indicated as CEO, a position he has held since 21 January 2022. Completing the top six are Giovanni Gorno Tempini, Paola Camagni, Federico Ferro Luzzi and Domitilla Benigni.
The board chaired by Salvatore Rossi will suggest to the assembly to reduce the number of directors from 15 to 9, but as it cannot predict what the assembly will decide, the board of directors’ list includes nine other candidates: Jeffrey Hedberg, Paola Tagliavini, Maurizio Carli, Romina Guglielmetti , Leone Pattofatto, Antonella Lillo, Andrea Mascetti, Enrico Pazzali and Luca Rossi.
The reduction of directors was approved unanimously, while three directors abstained from the list.
«With the prospect of the Assembly favorably welcoming the proposal to reduce the number of directors to nine, the Board of Directors – explains a note – has unanimously approved to propose the corresponding reduction to 1,300,000 euros gross per year (from the current 2,200 ,000 euros) of the maximum total compensation of the entire body (excluding the Directors invested with special roles), the distribution of which will be decided by the new Board”.
During the selection process, led by president Rossi, Tim was assisted by SpencerStuart, by the firm of Prof. Andrea Zoppini and by Morrow Sodali.
