Zelensky hugs Switzerland – not everyone feels comfortable: That’s what the historic Ukraine Day was like at the WEF

Zelensky mania in Davos. WEF President Børge Brende said after the Ukrainian president’s speech that he had never experienced a standing ovation in the large congress hall. He is wrong about that. Older WEF guests remember the appearance of South Africa’s freedom fighter Nelson Mandela in Davos in 1992. There was a standing ovation then too.
