Apple CEO Tim Cook to attend the 94th Academy Awards
On March 26, according to MacRumors, former Hollywood Reporter editor Matthew Belloni said that Apple CEO Tim Cook will attend the 94th Academy Awards on Sunday. Cook was reportedly present at the event because Apple’s Apple TV+ was nominated for a total of six Oscars. Six nominations include Best Picture for CODA, Best Actor for Denzel Washington in The Tragedy of Macbeth, Best Supporting Actor for Troy Cosul for CODA, and more. This will be Cook’s first Oscars appearance, having previously attended the 2020 Golden Globes. The 94th Academy Awards ceremony will be held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, USA on the morning of March 28, Beijing time. Amy Schumer, Regina Hall, Wanda Sykes served as hosts.
