by admin

WITH WOOD. Not just productivity, competitiveness and efficiency. To the sea magnum of terms that have now become fully part of the company lexicon, there are those who accompany even more ambitious goals. Take the example of Prima Industrie Spa, Collegno company with 40 years of experience in the field of development, production and marketing of laser systems for industrial applications, machines for sheet metal working, industrial electronics and laser sources. An international group that employs 1,800 people, has production plants in Italy, Finland, China and the USA and is always looking for new challenges.
The challenge
The latest? Bringing culture into the company, so as to make the workplace a place for personal as well as professional growth. And to do so, Prima Industrie has organized a cycle of events entitled “Meetings in the early evening” which will be attended by some leading exponents of the world of culture, entertainment, sport and music, called to reflect on strictly topical issues. connected and applicable to the business context. The project will kick off today Claudio Marchisio, guest at 5.30 pm at the Prima Power showroom in Collegno. An area of 2000 square meters set up for the occasion with stage, cameras, audio-video system and all the necessary technologies, and able to accommodate up to 90 people in the stalls in full compliance with anti-contagion regulations. Former Juventus and Italian national team footballer, Marchisio will present his new book “My third time”, an autobiography in which, alongside anecdotes and episodes lived over the course of his long career, there are important social issues that can also be declined outside the rectangle of game. And it is precisely starting from his experience in the field that the sample will conduct together with Enrico Garino (Head of Marketing & Communication PI) a reflection on the concepts of team and leadership applicable to the working context. The meeting will be moderated by the journalist of La Stampa Roberto Pavanello and at the end of the debate there will be space for an aperitif on the terrace with signed copies of the volumes that can be purchased directly in the showroom. The proceeds from the internal sale of the books will be donated to Specchio dei Tempi, which will allocate the funds to the benefit of the Collegno area.
First date
In short, it will be the first of a long series of events, because the company’s goal is first of all to create a format that can be replicated over time, capable of giving life to moments of listening, sharing and comparison with authors of texts that open up to new suggestions, stimulating reflections on the world of work today and tomorrow. All in the presence of employees and in post-work hours, although starting from the next meetings scheduled for 2022, it is already planned to extend the initiative to citizens and to the world of school and university, involving selected groups of students and teachers. .
