A 35-year-old man was arrested in the Entre Ríos city of Diamante, for him murder of his father and mother in the early hours of Saturday in the Nuevo Palermo neighborhood, and the police believe the brutal episode broke out after an argument over money.
As reported by the site Digital Analysisthe alleged double patricide occurred in a house on Elio Gieco Street between Ensenada and Falucho, and the murdered couple was found on the kitchen floor with signs of having been stabbed and beaten.
In the case, they were arrested on son of the victims and his wife, when they were trying to escape the crime scene. They were unable to do so due to the screams of a minor, who left the home shouting that “the uncle is hitting the grandparents.”

The detained couple had blood stains on their clothes and, meters from the place, a jacket with two white weaponswhile police sources informed the Entre Ríos media that the origin of the incident could be a argument over money.
Meanwhile, the police officers entered the home to carry out the pertinent expert tasks and the corresponding autopsies will be carried out at the Oro Verde morgue that will reveal the number of stab wounds suffered by the couple, as well as indicating whether they are defensive injuries or if they support the hypothesis of a fight within the home, which will be one of the possible alibis of the accused.
Prosecutor Gilberto Robledo and personnel from the Homicide Division and the Criminalistics Directorate intervene in the case.
