Filorga, a French aesthetic medicine laboratory founded in 1978, chooses Milano Centrale station for its first temporary beauty lounge, open to the public for four months. The inauguration takes place in conjunction with Milan Beauty Week, the cultural project conceived by Cosmetica Italia in collaboration with Cosmoprof and Esxence to promote the social, scientific and economic value of the cosmetic sector from 3 to 8 May 2022.

Milano Centrale is the second Italian station in terms of size and volume of traffic, which sees the transit of over 320,000 people every day. The Filorga beauty lounge will be housed in one of the most precious and most popular spaces of the entire station: the Mosaic Gallery on the platform level.

From May 3 to August 31 to all those who stop and travel in this crossroads of waiting, arrivals and departures, Filorga offers within its skincare boutique the opportunity to immerse themselves in all the uniqueness of the brand: inspiration from aesthetic medicine, science, innovation, effectiveness and sensoriality. The brand’s experts accompany visitors to discover the iconic treatments that are the protagonists together with the new lines in an installation with a great visual impact.

The advice of the beauty-advisors is flanked by new digital technologies, to enjoy the world of beauty signed by Filorga independently. An interactive screen makes the textures of the soin collections “alive” by animating them with movements that enhance their softness and giving visual shape to the pleasantness they transfer to the touch; a special digital skincare-bar allows you to choose, select and get information on the individual lines thanks to the touch-screen technology; an infinity mirror invites you to play with the brand’s star products.

The program of activities includes insights into the needs of various skin types, specific beauty rituals and new aesthetic phenomena that give voice to the contemporary vision of taking care of oneself. It begins in May with the #NOMAKEUPSKINCARE masterclass on how to choose the most suitable hybrid make-care treatments for your skin and insert them into smart and fast routines. In June, the temporary beauty lounge talks about diversity and uniqueness through a focus on hydration, an essential gesture of love for any type of skin; July is the month dedicated to skin analysis with Wood’s lamp, a tool also used in dermatology to read discolorations not visible to the naked eye. Before summer it is important to know how to consciously expose yourself to the sun’s rays and which treatments are able to protect the skin from the action of UVA and UVB, slow down the appearance of spots or act on existing ones.
