Taipei Rehearsal for “Folk Song Carnation” Concert Brings Together Renowned Singers

Taipei, Taiwan – The city of Taipei was abuzz with excitement today as eight renowned singers gathered for a rehearsal of the upcoming “Folk Song Carnation” concert. Shi Xiaorong, Yin Zhengyang, Zhou Zhiping, Luo Jizhen, Jin Zhijuan, Yu Taiyan, Ye Huan, and Chen Aimei were seen practicing for the much-anticipated event.

One of the most talked-about attendees was Ye Huan, a close friend of singer Xin Long. When asked about Xin Long’s current situation, Ye Huan revealed that they had been in touch in the past, but due to her busy schedule, she had not been able to keep in contact recently.

Xin Long, who tragically lost his wife Liu Zhen in 2020, has been on a hiatus from his career ever since. Ye Huan shared that Xin Long has been in hiding for nearly four years, trying to cope with the loss of his beloved wife. The upcoming concert marks a return to the spotlight for Ye Huan after a 13-year hiatus and will be her first time on stage in 40 years since her debut.

The concert, scheduled to take place at the TICC Taipei International Convention Center on May 12, promises to be a night to remember as all eight singers will come together to perform on the same stage. In a special tribute to Mother’s Day, a suite dedicated to mothers has also been prepared for the event.

Among the singers, 55-year-old Chen Aimei shared some exciting news that she will soon become a grandmother by the end of the year. Overjoyed by the news, Chen Aimei couldn’t contain her happiness and expressed her joy during the rehearsal.
