Stone fruit hideaway by Juliana Lopez May

Ingredients:
– 200 gr of butter
– 200 gr of brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon rohn
– 100 gr harina 0000
– 100 g of whole wheat flour
– 50 g of ground almonds
– with a vengeance
– 4 eggs
– plums / damasks / cherries / blueberries
– 50 gr of cold butter
– 50 grams of common sugar

How to do it

Beat the butter with the sugar until pale and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, the rohn and vanilla and beat for a few more minutes. Add the dry ingredients little by little until you get a uniform mixture. Butter and flour a 40 x 30 baking sheet and add the mixture on top. Add the fruits on top cut in the middle without the pits. Put pieces of butter on top, sprinkle with sugar and cook in a preheated oven at 180° C for 35 minutes. Outside the oven, sprinkle with common sugar again.
