02/02/2024 – New appointment at the Parma Local Health Authority: the extraordinary commissioner Massimo Fabi has appointed Enrico Pigorini new sub-administrative commissioner, replacing Stefano Carlini from 1 February.
Fidentino, born in 1963, a cassation lawyer, began working in the Parma Local Health Authority in 1994, where he remained until 2004 when he was hired by the Piacenza Local Health Authority as administrative manager assigned to the Personnel Office. Since 2005 he has been working at the University Hospital of Parma with the qualification of administrative manager. Qualified to practice law in 1995 and member of the Bar Association of the Province of Parma since 1998, he held the role of general director of the Municipality of Fidenza from 2009 to 2014.
Until the new appointment of ASL administrative sub-commissioner, he was director of the Legal Office of the University Hospital of Parma.
Development of administrative integration processes between the Local Health Authority and the Parma University Hospital, better access to outpatient and hospitalization services, as well as a reorganization of hospital care: these are the objectives that Pigorini is called upon to achieve, ensuring at the same time the management conditions for the economic-financial balance of the Company, in continuity with the mandate entrusted to the his predecessor Stefano Carlini, who from 1 February was appointed administrative director of the Local Health Authority of Modena.
