Bonus-X is a new one free online service which allows you to find out which ones public bonuses, incentives or concessions you are entitled. The project is due to two young startuppers who, after completing their university studies and working in medical marketing for Boston Scientific, decided to make a change. “The intuition dates back to the university period in Luiss when I made a project to simplify an IT process, then with the subsequent skills gained in marketing automation and digital marketing, here is the result”, explains the co-founder of Bonus-X Giovanni Pizza.
The partner echoes him Fabrizio Pinci who recalls how complex it was to understand bureaucratic and fiscal mechanisms first as a university student and then as a small VAT number. “Ours is a simplification project: a tool to help understand opportunities and benefits “, explains the entrepreneur.
How does it work?
Bonus-X is accessible through any type of device, even a smartphone. The first step is to register by creating your own profile, entering personal data, family composition, income, real estate assets and other economic indicators. Basically it is enough to have a tax return on hand for fill out the questionnaire in minutes. “Obviously the data are not shared with other external entities, they are only used to create a user profile that allows you to understand if you are entitled to benefits or bonuses”, emphasizes Pizza.
An algorithm analyzes the information and activates any correlations with the services that can be requested: they call it “pre-selection”. However, if you want, there is also a search engine and filters by type of concession. Think of the family allowance, kindergarten bonus, unemployed mom bonus, gas bonus, citizenship income, NASpI unemployment benefit and many other benefits. All this is also possible because the platform is able to generate a simulated Isee (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) – which often conditions access to bonuses. So far it is a totally informative and free service that allows you to understand if you have the right and how which steps to follow to proceed independently.
“We started working on the project in 2019, then we started with the development and completed the prototype phase, finally between December and January we officially inaugurated the full service. In just over two months we already have 40 thousand users register and verify. The secret? Probably clarity and transparency “, emphasizes Pizza.
And in fact, by scrolling through the available items, a click is enough to discover the excellent synthesis work done by the specialist editorial team. The key is in employing the a correct and fluent Italian devoid of any bureaucratic edge. Even the organization of information is well thought out, so much so as to suggest that there is the hand of an expert legal design – a new multi-disciplinary approach that reduces the complexity of legal communication.
