Coronavirus, the data – 1,273 infections with 84 thousand swabs: stable positivity rate of 1.5%. Another 65 victims

Net decrease, as usual over the weekend, in the number of daily infections from coronavirus in Italy. According to the latest bulletin released by the Ministry of Health, they are 1,273 new positives recorded in the last 24 hours in Italy, against 2,275 yesterday. This compared, however, to 84,567 tampons processed, just over half of the 149,958 of the previous 24 hours. This keeps up the positivity index stable at 1.5%. On the rise the victims which go from 51 yesterday to 65 today.

There are 5,024, however, i discharged or healed in the last 24 hours, a number that consequently causes the decrease in currently positive which fell by 3,819 in one day, with the total standing at 188,453. This allows a further decrease in pressure on Italian hospitals, now all well below the risk threshold. The number of beds occupied in has decreased by another 15 intensive care, with the total dropping to 759 across the country. On the other hand, 283 fewer people are employed in other departments Covid which thus fall below the threshold of 5 thousand, reaching 4,910. Finally, in home isolation there are 182,784 people, down 3,751 from yesterday.

Analyzing the data region by region, it is noted that in absolute daily infections the most affected is the Campania with 177. Follow the Lazio with 170, the Tuscany with 160, the Sicily with 156 and theEmilia Romagna with 155.
