It seems that getting on more platforms does help sales. Earlier, the developer Quantic Dream AnnouncedGood news related to its highly acclaimed action adventure “Detroit: Become Human”.
The game was originally released on PS4 in 2018, and then released to PC through the Epic Games Store and Steam in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Now, through a press release, the news that “Detroit: Become Human” has sold just over 6 million copies worldwide, of which 1 million were sold on PC as of July 6, 2021. Not only that, it is now Quantic Dream’s best-selling game ever, and it is also the No. 5 PC game played on PlayStation Now in the spring of 2021.
