Eningen: Dr. Rau & Colleagues – Now certified TOP social company
Socially responsible corporate management is important to Dr. med. Alexander Rau has always been close to his heart. As part of the TOP social certification, he is now further expanding his social projects and making his commitment more transparent.
In accordance with the motto of the TOP Social Charter “Don’t just talk about it, do it” (Erich Kästner), social partners work with companies in the TOP Social Charter. The certified members expand connections between social organizations and companies and actively support the social partners. At the same time, the visibility and awareness of non-profit organizations are increased. The charter and certificate for social commitment continues to gain in importance and is constantly developing.
As part of the certification at the specialist centers of Dr. Rau & colleagues from Eningen, the current status of the strategic projects was included and tested for sustainability through certification. During certification, all measures and plans are checked for various criteria and value-oriented corporate management. For example, the members undertake to act fairly towards their employees, to develop them further and to include them. Medical practices, healthcare organizations and service and industrial companies also assume responsibility for their services and location. Care is taken to ensure that the resources used are used sparingly. After taking stock, the social activities and processes of the applying organization are analyzed and a further development concept is created together with the certifier on this basis.
The founders of the “TOP Social” charter are those responsible at APROS Consulting & Services GmbH from Reutlingen. The PR, advertising agency and management consultancy has already been recognized several times for its exceptional social commitment. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy was recognized as an “exemplary company” in the LEA Mittelstandspreis Baden-Württemberg and is itself also a certified “Top Employer”.

This is how the team around Dr. Alexander Rau, among other things, for looking after the residents of the hospice in Eningen.
“We not only want to be known in and around Eningen as competent specialists, but we also want to ensure that social commitment becomes even more commonplace,” says Alexander Rau. The doctors at his medical center from the areas of general medicine, internal diagnostics, cardiology, diabetology and the new liver center are also represented in the health forum. The Eninger club is actively supported by its team. For example, health education for citizens will be continued in 2024 with further doctor’s lectures on topics such as cardiology and diabetes. In addition, a health day and open day at the health center is being prepared.
The TOP Social Charter will continue to grow and certify additional partners. “TOP Social” as a certificate is a registered trademark and acts with the aim of further developing companies and organizations, underlining their positive commitment and making this more visible.
The team of Dr. Rau & Colleagues will continue to expand its social strategy and commitment in the current year and intensively support social organizations as social partners as part of its TOP social certification.
